AMP Amsterdam Music Project

One day I am talking to you about trench coats and the summer coming to an end (see last post), and the other I am wearing a mini skirt and a t-shirt, enjoying 33° Celsius! Up until last week, we haven't really had a summer here; a few sporadic warm days but this week made up for it. Finally it was incredibly hot (and fun!). The summer feel transforms this city. The parks are filled with people soaking up the sun, the canals become a party spot and people's only concern is to find the perfect terrace where to enjoy the sun the longest. There's no doubt that Amsterdam is at its best during summer. The hot days took their time to arrive but hey, it was worth the wait!

On such sweaty days, a cotton tee and a mini skirt is all you need. I love this one from Mademoiselle Chocolat, a bit baggy and the hand painted blue details make it extra special and unique. Plus it brings a bit of color to this black and white ensemble.

How's the weather where you are?  I hope you are having a great weekend.
